From your dashboard, click New Request. Complete the multi-step form (vessel info, cargo manifest, route + ports, etc.) and submit. You'll receive a tracking number immediately.
Typical desk review takes 24–48 hours. Inspection-required requests may take 3–5 business days depending on port availability.
PDFs, JPEGs, and PNGs up to 10 MB each. Documents must be legible — typed forms preferred over hand-filled scans.
